On behalf of our esteemed client, TICO Safaris & Travel, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic travel and tourism company that offers exceptional safari experiences, corporate travel packages, and personalized tour services across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate all sales activities for the companys travel and safari services.

  • Generate leads and close contracts with both individual and corporate clients.

  • Offer professional advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, insurance, and packages.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through excellent service delivery.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints with speed and professionalism.

  • Forecast sales targets, evaluate profitability, and report on sales performance.

  • Participate in trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote the brand.

  • Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of sales personnel when needed.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (preferably in the travel and tourism industry).
  • Skills:

    • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

    • Excellent time management and decision-making skills.

    • Proactive, target-oriented, and confident working under pressure.

    • Social media marketing and sales research expertise.

    • Knowledge of the travel market and current tourism trends.
    • CRM and travel booking platforms knowledge (Amadeus, Sabre,Galileo) is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English. Kiswahili is an added advantage.
