Litarm Consults is a fast-growing HR consulting firm specializing in recruitment, manpower management, training, and Business Consulting. Since 2021, we have been on a mission to transform how organizations attract, manage, and retain talent. As we scale, we are expanding our commercial team and seeking a proactive marketing-focused Business Development Associate to drive brand visibility, digital presence, and quality lead generation.

Job Purpose

To drive the marketing engine of Litarm Consults by generating qualified leads, producing high-quality content, strengthening the brand, and executing digital marketing campaigns that support sales growth. The role focuses on lead generation, content strategy, digital branding, and marketing analytics while ensuring a steady flow of prospects into the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Funnel Support

  • Execute digital campaigns that generate qualified leads for recruitment, manpower management, training, and business consulting services.
  • Manage inbound leads and ensure timely handover to the sales team.
  • Continuously optimize lead acquisition channels (social media, website, email, SEO, paid campaigns).

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Manage day-to-day digital marketing activities: posting, scheduling, campaign setup, analytics tracking, and engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent online presence aligned with brand guidelines.

Content Creation & Management

  • Produce high-quality marketing content (posts, articles, videos, client success stories, email content).
  • Ensure content supports brand positioning, drives engagement, and feeds the sales funnel.

Branding & Market Visibility

  • Strengthen Litarms brand image across digital platforms and marketing materials.
  • Support brand consistency in proposals, company profiles, presentations, and campaigns.

Analytics, Reporting & Improvement

  • Track marketing KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead generation, campaign results, content performance, and branding activities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with the Business Development Manager and Sales Associate to align marketing with sales objectives.
  • Support marketingsales alignment to increase conversions and revenue.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified inbound leads generated weekly
  • Social media reach, engagement, and follower growth
  • Website traffic and lead conversion rate
  • Content output and performance (views, engagement, shares)
  • Campaign ROI (paid ads, email campaigns, boosts)
  • Timeliness and accuracy of weekly reports
  • Contribution to monthly and quarterly revenue targets (via lead quality)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on digital marketing and lead generation experience
  • Strong skills in social media management, content creation, SEO basics, and marketing analytics
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Creative, proactive, and data-driven mindset
  • Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Ability to meet weekly deliverables and thrive in a performance-driven environment
