· Front desk operations
· Manage visitor registration and issue visitor passes in accordance with security protocols.
· Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
· Meeting rooms management
· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
· Provide basic administrative assistance to various departments.
· Monitor stock levels of reception and office supplies.
· Maintain a professional image and uphold confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience
· Prior experience in a corporate, hospitality, or client-facing environment is an asset
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Good organizational and time management abilities
· Proficient in MS Office Suite
Russian language is a must
