Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Orlando team. The BCBA will oversee and guide behavior technicians, create individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to help each child achieve meaningful progress. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding ABA organization with a strong culture of compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments

• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies

• Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to RBTs and behavior technicians

• Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and schools to ensure consistency across environments

• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with insurance and organizational standards

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Passion for working with children with ASD and their families

• Ability to manage caseload and maintain organization in a fast-paced environment
