Shift: Swing Shift Schedule

• 4 Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• 3 Days: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Role Overview

LM2 Resource Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician for a premier manufacturing facility in Kinston, NC. This role is critical to ensuring production lines remain operational and efficient. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-tempo environment and possesses a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

As a member of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial manufacturing machinery to minimize downtime and support 24/7 operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on manufacturing equipment.

• Preventative Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure long-term machine reliability and safety.

• Rapid Response: Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns on the floor to maintain production flow.

• System Upkeep: Maintain accurate logs of repairs and parts used.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial machine maintenance.

• Tools: Must possess and maintain your own basic hand tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work the required swing shift schedule (rotating between 12-hour day and night shifts).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

• Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a manufacturing environment.

• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities under pressure.
