Director of Marketing (High-Growth, Tech-Forward Law Firm)

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Target Salary: $105,000 – $145,000+ bonus (Dependent on experience).

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • Growth Orchestration: Move beyond "just SEO" or "just Paid Ads" to build an integrated ecosystem where every channel (Paid, Organic, Social, and Referrals) feeds into a single "Growth Flywheel".

  • Lead Generation Engine: Manage a robust digital marketing budget, ensuring dominance in high-intent legal keywords while maintaining a low Cost Per Lead (CPL).

  • Brand Authority: Elevate our attorneys as global thought leaders through high-impact video content and educational resources that build immediate trust.

  • Data-Driven ROI: Monitor and report on marketing KPIs (CPL, conversion rates, and ROI) to provide the Managing Partner with clear, actionable insights for growth.

  • Referral Network Expansion: Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and community organizations to diversify our lead sources.


WHO YOU ARE

The Growth Expert: 8–10+ years of high-octane marketing experience, with a track record of scaling service-based businesses.

High-Stakes Empathy: You understand the sensitive, life-altering nature of immigration and family law and can communicate with deep compassion.

No Law Experience Required: While we value legal context, we care more about your ability to build trust at scale in high-stakes B2C industries (FinTech, Health, or Real Estate).

Technical Practitioner: You are a leader who can "get under the hood" of a Google Ads account or a CRM funnel to troubleshoot and optimize.
