About the job Franchise Operations Specialist
Our client is seeking a motivated Field Operations & Training Specialist to support franchise partners in delivering consistent, high-quality cleaning and facility services across North America.
This is not a typical cleaning position, it's a hands-on field leadership and coaching role for someone who thrives on improving systems, training teams, and ensuring operational excellence. You'll travel to franchise locations to train technicians, conduct audits, and implement new cleaning technologies that make commercial environments faster, greener, safer, and cleaner.
What You'll Do
- Visit franchise locations nationwide to coach and train field technicians on service standards and operational best practices.
- Partner with franchise owners to improve workflows, crew efficiency, and overall service quality.
- Conduct onsite performance audits in the field and deliver clear, actionable feedback.
- Troubleshoot field issues related to cleaning performance or equipment.
- Recommend new tools, products, and processes to enhance service outcomes.
- Support product testing and contribute to the development of updated training materials.
- Ensure all work meets safety, health, and environmental standards.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial cleaning, facility operations, or franchise support.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, organized approach and the ability to adapt to diverse environments.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 75%) throughout the U.S. and Canada.
- Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
