About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented cleaner who is ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a reliable, communicative, and thorough Cleaning Supervisor to join our client's team in Houston.

This isn't just a standard cleaning role. You will start by mastering our cleaning standards on the job, but we are actively looking for someone who can manage daily tasks on our app, lead a small team on-site, handle client relations, and eventually step into a scheduling and business management role.

Transparency Note on Hours: This is currently a strict part-time position with room to grow as the business expands. The core schedule consists of 8 recurring clients (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly), supplemented by occasional one-time deep cleans and move-in/move-out jobs. Currently, team members average between 9 to 19 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Quality Control: * Assign daily cleaning rotations to teammates.
    • Inspect all cleaning work thoroughly before leaving the job site to ensure top-tier results.

    • Provide real-time, constructive feedback to teammates if a spot was missed.

  • Client Relations: * Warmly greet clients upon arrival.
    • Listen to special requests and either inform the office or kindly direct the client to text the office for scheduling changes.

  • Operations & Tech: * Update job statuses and complete daily tasks in the app (Jobber).
    • Attend team meetings with the Manager to review operational efficiency and share feedback for improvement.

  • Future Growth: Learn the inner workings of the business to eventually take over scheduling the cleanings and overall team management.
