About the job Marketplace and Wholesale Sales Lead
LMK Recruiting is seeking a Marketplace and Wholesale Sales Lead will drive revenue growth across multiple sales channels while developing scalable processes to improve operational efficiency and profitability. This individual will hands-on manage e-commerce activities across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and Back Market, while simultaneously expanding wholesale trading relationships and sourcing inventory through corporate buyback and ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a hunter mentality who understands how to buy, sell, source, and monetize mobile devices at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & eCommerce Growth
- Channel Management: Oversee and scale sales across Amazon (including FBA), eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Back Market, and other online channels.
- Optimization: Maximize listings, dynamic pricing, inventory allocation, and ad spend to improve conversion rates and account health.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Manage Shopify storefronts, utilizing e-commerce tools and apps (e.g., Klaviyo, Recharge, ShipStation, Loop Returns) to automate workflows.
- Customer Experience: Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure high-quality customer support and seamless sell-through.
Wholesale Sales & Business Development
- B2B Growth: Prospect, negotiate with, and close deals with wholesalers, distributors, brokers, and refurbishers.
- Account Management: Expand existing accounts and secure long-term, high-margin supply relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Align inventory with customer demand by maintaining a robust recurring pipeline.
ITAD & Device Buyback Acquisition
- Asset Sourcing: Build relationships with enterprises, school districts, and government agencies to acquire used technology assets (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the internal sales team to unlock buyback opportunities within existing accounts.
Process Improvement & Revenue Operations
- Automation: Identify and implement tools/systems to automate workflows and scale operational productivity.
- Reporting: Track key metrics and provide regular reporting on sales velocity, profitability, and pipeline activity.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in one or more: Marketplace sales, eCommerce management, Wholesale distribution, Consumer electronics/wireless, or ITAD/reverse logistics.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and driving revenue.
- Hands-on experience scaling online marketplaces and managing a Shopify storefront (including Shopify analytics).
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and independent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Preferred:
- Experience trading or grading mobile devices and refurbished tech.
- Deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon FBA.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, AI solutions, and asset recovery margin optimization.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000
- Total OTE: $170,000 – $250,000+ (Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses)
