Beyond oil management, we automate messy tasks by providing professional fryer cleaning, waste oil bin management, and moisture control solutions. By handling these critical back-of-house functions, we help commercial kitchens operate more safely and efficiently while significantly reducing their environmental footprint.
We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Houston operations to serve as the operational heartbeat of our location. This is a hands-on management role designed for an organized professional who excels at inventory control, mechanical oversight, and leading from the front to ensure our field teams are set up for success every single day.
What’s In It For You?
Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 per year.
Performance Incentives: Performance-based bonuses are available to reward operational excellence.
- Work-Life Balance: Primarily a Monday through Friday schedule. While occasional Saturday work may be required during peak periods, we provide a comp day during the week to ensure your time off remains a priority.
Key Responsibilities
As the Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for the readiness of our entire operation, managing everything from inventory logistics to fleet safety.
Fleet & Equipment Oversight
Maintenance & Inspections: Manage the preventative maintenance schedule for service vans, including oil changes, tire rotations, and general upkeep.
Cleanliness Standards: Ensure all vans and specialized equipment are cleaned, stocked, and organized to company standards before they hit the road.
Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and perform minor mechanical repairs on proprietary filtration units and pumps.
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Inventory Control: Maintain precise stock levels for critical supplies, including cooking oil and filtration materials.
Organization: Maintain a professional, clean, and safe warehouse environment following best practices.
Logistics & Receiving: Coordinate with vendors and manage the receiving and documentation of all incoming shipments.
Field Operations
Occasional Field Work: While your primary focus is the warehouse, you will head into the field occasionally to perform cleaning jobs or support technicians on-site.
Who You Are
Organized & Mechanical: You have a background in inventory management and are comfortable performing basic repairs on vehicles and mechanical equipment.
Adaptable & Driven: You have a "get it done" attitude and are happy to jump from the warehouse into the field to support the team when needed.
Qualified Driver: You possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record (this is a firm requirement).
Local Candidate: You are located in or near the Houston, TX area.

Job Type: Full-Time, Exempt (Salary).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays (comp day provided).
