FiltaClean Field Manager (Operations & Team Leadership)

We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Field Manager to oversee the operations and personnel for our FiltaClean services in the Atlanta area. This is a critical leadership role responsible for team development, operational efficiency, and driving incremental revenue growth through exceptional customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $60,000 per year

  • Training: Will train the right applicant on company knowledge and service processes.
  • Location: Atlanta, GA (Travel required to review field technicians/routes).

Role Summary & Key Responsibilities

The Field Manager acts as the accessible link between employees, management, and customers, ensuring smooth service delivery and business expansion.

Operations & Logistics Management

  • Ensure all shifts and service routes are properly staffed and rostered with sufficient advance planning.
  • Efficiently control warehousing operations, including inventory and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor operational expenses to ensure budgets are met.
  • Oversee all service-related paperwork, including receipts, invoices, and service reporting.
  • Take ownership of the successful route closing rate by monitoring progress and performance targets.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of FiltaClean Service Representatives and Supervisors.
  • Set a high standard for customer service and elevate your team's level of achievement in customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze and identify processes that need improvement, design new procedures, and provide guidance to team members.

Sales & Business Growth

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Actively grow incremental revenue by upselling current customers.
  • Create written strategic action and business plans focused on growth, including customer targeting.


Required Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
  • Two years of experience in a service-oriented organization is necessary.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to work independently with little supervision and effectively communicate and maintain credibility with customers and employees.
  • Must work well with others in a collaborative environment.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 pounds (essential for equipment management).
  • Ability to stand for periods of time doing repetitive tasks, and sit for periods while working on a computer.
  • Must be able to work in an operational kitchen environment (heat), and on occasions, in cool environments (walk-in coolers and freezers).
  • Must be available to work an occasional weekend as part of the on-call team.
