LMK Recruiting is seeking a DTC Performance & Growth Marketing Manager to work with the growing DTC team for a client. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role created to turn our DTC channel into a major growth engine. You will have significant autonomy to own the media budget and make immediate decisions that scale our business.

The Role

You will be responsible for the full growth funnel, specifically managing customer acquisition. Your first 30–60 days will involve hitting the ground running: you will audit current programs and take the lead on managing and onboarding a new agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute strategies across paid search, social, display, CTV, podcasts, and affiliate channels to drive awareness and revenue.
  • Agency & Budget Management: Take full ownership of agency relationships and the media budget (with executive guidance), serving as the primary decision-maker for campaign scaling.
  • Analytics & Attribution: Own all reporting and analytics, focusing on cost per acquisition (CAC), LTV modeling, and marketing attribution to drive growth forecasting.
  • Internal Advocacy: Partner with e-commerce, retention, and brand teams to create content strategies while educating the broader organization on DTC-specific needs.
  • Growth Testing: Lead a structured testing roadmap for creative, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates and ROAS.

Skills & Qualifications

  • DTC Expertise: 5–8+ years of experience in a high-growth DTC e-commerce environment (experience with subscription-based or "cool tech" brands is a plus).
  • Analytical Powerhouse: Advanced skills in marketing attribution, growth forecasting, and LTV modeling.
  • Full-Funnel Mastery: Proven success managing multi-channel programs beyond just one specialty (e.g., Meta/Google + CTV/Podcasts).
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable with high autonomy and the "startup agility" required to build processes from scratch.
  • Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear insights for executive-level visibility.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $105,000 – $145,000 per year.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligible.
