LMK Recruiting is seeking an Account Manager, someone who thrives on opening doors, creating urgency, and winning complex, high-stakes deals. This role is not about pitching features, it is about diagnosing critical business gaps, quantifying financial impact, and helping executive buyers realize that organizational inaction is more expensive than change. You will own the full-cycle sales process, targeting large mid-market organizations to generate net-new revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Own strategic outreach into target mid-market accounts across field services, healthcare, and logistics to build a pipeline from scratch.
- Diagnose operational and revenue gaps within prospects, building a compelling, ROI-driven business case for change.
- Lead high-value conversations with C-suite stakeholders (CEOs, COOs, CROs, CFOs) and position the company as a long-term strategic partner.
- Run a disciplined, full-cycle sales process to guide complex buying committees through long, consultative sales cycles.
- Consistently exceed net-new logo and revenue acquisition targets.

- A track record of closing net-new business and winning deals against internal inertia, not just competitors.
- Skilled at selling outcomes rather than products; adept at uncovering pain, quantifying risk, and creating urgency.
- Able to challenge prospects constructively, build trust quickly with senior decision-makers, and guide them to a decision.
- Highly self-sufficient, accountable, and possessed of a strong executive presence.

Qualifications & Background
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in complex B2B environments.

- Deep experience in full-cycle, consultative sales cycles involving multi-stakeholder committees.

- Experience selling into Field Services (HVAC, plumbing, pest control, construction), Healthcare organizations, or Logistics/Trucking/Transportation.
- Background selling managed services, outsourcing, or value-based solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000
- Total OTE: $80,000 - 100,000k
