LNR Consultancy are currently working with a top design consultancy who have an immediate need for a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager. 

You will have a strong design and technical background with business skills, collaborating with a team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects to the clients satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from inception to completion and should have the following qualities and skills:

Suitable candidates will come from a background of Architecture, Design, Construction, Contracts Management field

Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract

Contract Review / Consultancy Agreement Review

Procurement / Appointment of Sub-Consultants

Project Delivery / Project Management

Project Scheduling Experience

Strong organization and communication skills

Analytical and problem solving skills

Variations, Disputes & Claims Management

Tender Process Management

Risk assessment & Prevention

Negotiation Skills
