We're looking for a Digital Content Specialist. You'll work cross-functionally with others in the Trading, Marketing, Design and Client Success teams and help us manage the development and deployment of high quality content, design assets, promotions and campaigns across our fleet of international fashion and lifestyle ecommerce sites.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop and produce various types of digital content for multiple client and country sites, including marketing copy, translations, banners, editorial assets, email assets, campaign assets, and multimedia assets
  • For content tasks assigned to you, own responsibility for the whole creation and deployment process, from intake form to editorial localisation, creative asset delivery, campaign scheduling, asset trafficking, page linking and QA
  • Participate in daily content standup meetings that detail active and upcoming content projects, assignments, and commitments
  • Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and spelling errors before publishing
  • Collaborate with other members of the Content team to plan content tasks, optimize release workflow, and share design ideas
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Trading and Client Success teams to develop and implement content that drives engagement, conversion, and sales.
  • Work with internal content platforms and communication tools to prepare content releases
  • Ensure that all digital content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility, ranking, and organic traffic
  • Think like a customer, all the time, every day

We would love to hear from you if:

  • You have 2 years of ecommerce content development experience with (or on behalf of) an online fashion, lifestyle or DTC brand
  • You are proficient in graphic design tools like Photoshop, Figma or Canva for localising and optimizing content assets
  • You are proficient with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopify, or Magento for publishing and managing digital content on ecommerce sites
  • You are familiar with ecommerce platforms and ecommerce best practices to tailor content for driving sales and enhancing user experience
  • You have an exceptional eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in content across different channels and platforms.
  • You are technically savvy and can pick up new systems quickly
  • You are great at multitasking and delivering under tight project deadlines
  • You have strong communication & collaboration skills
  • You are positive, highly curious and a fast-learner
  • You care deeply about the brand experience and have a customer-first mentality
