We are seeking a  self starter, motivated and versatile Junior/Mid Level Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building intuitive user interfaces and robust server-side applications. A keen interest in integrating AI-powered features and the ability to leverage tools like Cursor AI to enhance the development workflow is highly desirable.

You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining a job board platform similar to BDjobs.com, contributing to all development lifecycle phases.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the front-end of our platform using ReactJs, ensuring a responsive, user-friendly, and engaging experience.
• Build and manage the back-end infrastructure using Django, developing APIs and ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Design, implement, and manage PostgreSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to understand requirements, design technical solutions, and implement new features for the job board platform, including job searching, application processes, user profiles, and employer dashboards.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered features ("AI Vibe") to enhance user experience, such as intelligent job recommendations, resume parsing, or skill matching.
• Utilize Cursor AI to accelerate coding, debugging, and code optimization processes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven experience with ReactJs for front-end development.
• Solid experience with Django for back-end development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and work with PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience in developing and launching web applications, with the ability to develop a platform with features comparable to a job board site like BDjobs.com.
• Experience using Cursor AI is required.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Ability to work effectively in an office environment 6 days a week, with time flexibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.  

Bonus Points:

• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML concepts and their application in web development.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
