They are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas Products to support sales growth, customer development and market expansion across the company's oil and gas product portfolio. This role is suited to a hands-on business development professional with strong industry knowledge, customer relationship skills and the ability to identify, pursue and convert new commercial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across oil and gas products.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
  • Develop new customer relationships with end users, distributors and regional partners.
  • Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, opportunities and customer engagements.
  • Support margin improvement through commercially sound sales activity.

Customer & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and align product offerings to market needs.
  • Support repeat business through responsive customer engagement and service follow-up.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.

Commercial Support & Pricing

  • Assist in preparing quotations, commercial proposals and tender submissions.
  • Support pricing discussions in line with market conditions, product costs and margin expectations.
  • Monitor competitor activity, customer feedback and market trends.
  • Provide commercial input to support pricing and product positioning decisions.

Market Development

  • Research and identify new market segments, customers and regional growth opportunities.
  • Support supplier and partner engagement where required.
  • Provide market intelligence on demand trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity.
  • Represent the company professionally in customer meetings, industry events and commercial discussions.

Internal Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with operations, procurement, finance and logistics teams to support customer delivery.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress and customer feedback.
  • Prepare regular updates on business development activity, opportunities and market insights.
  • Support management with data and information required for commercial decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4-7 years of relevant experience in business development, sales or commercial roles within oil and gas, industrial products, chemicals, lubricants, energy or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of oil and gas products and regional market dynamics.
  • Proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Experience preparing quotations, proposals and supporting tender submissions.
  • Good commercial awareness with an understanding of pricing, margins and customer profitability.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track opportunities, sales activity and market trends.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic or other regional language skills would be advantageous.
  • Applicants must currently be based in Saudi Arabia.
