Working closely with sales, presales, and senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a central role in sharpening market positioning, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting business development efforts across priority segments. 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Positioning & Strategic Marketing
- Support marketing strategies aligned with business growth and segment priorities.
- Develop targeted content for infrastructure, utilities, transport, and industrial sectors.
- Strengthen positioning of the company’s value proposition and solution capabilities.
- Prepare segment presentations that reflect market opportunities and technical strengths.
Corporate Profile & Prequalification Management
- Develop and maintain company profiles, capability statements, and corporate credentials.
- Manage vendor registration and prequalification submissions for key clients.
- Maintain structured records of certifications, references, and supporting documentation.
- Ensure all corporate materials remain current, accurate, and professionally presented.
Marketing Materials & Brand Communication
- Produce brochures, project sheets, sector presentations, and technical marketing content.
- Ensure all materials follow approved branding and communication standards.
- Coordinate MarCom activities supporting proposals, meetings, and executive presentations.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across internal and external communication channels.
Digital Presence & Industry Engagement
- Manage website updates and improve visibility across digital platforms.
- Develop LinkedIn content and announcements highlighting projects and partnerships.
- Support exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer engagement events.
- Prepare event-related materials to strengthen client and partner engagement.
Sales Support & Reporting
- Work closely with sales and presales on client-facing presentations and tenders.
- Support proposal submissions with compelling marketing and capability content.
- Brief senior management on market positioning and emerging issues.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and ad hoc support to the Country Manager.
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing within industrial trading, engineering, or technical solution businesses.
- Proven background in industrial B2B marketing environments.
- Strong experience developing company profiles, capability statements, and prequalification documents.
- Experience supporting sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, transport, oil and gas, or industrial solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to convert technical information into clear and persuasive marketing content.
- Strong document structuring, content development, and presentation preparation skills.
- Experience managing marketing communications and brand consistency in technical businesses.
- Ability to work effectively with sales, presales, and senior leadership teams.
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and document quality.
- Experience managing websites, LinkedIn content, and broader digital communication activities.
- Good understanding of the Saudi market and client-facing business environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Saudi Arabia and occasionally internationally.
