Our long-term MNC client provides high quality storage capacity and ancillary logistics solutions to support the movement of temperature-sensitive and perishable goods throughout the supply chain. With a growing footprint across the GCC cold chain sector they support a diverse portfolio of clients across FMCG & Retail marketplace. They seek a strategic & commercially experienced Customer Solutions Director based in Dubai.

Reporting to the Executive Leadership Team, the Customer Solutions Director will shape and drive a customer‑centric commercial strategy that amplifies competitive differentiation and revenue growth. This role plays a pivotal part in translating customer needs into innovative, profitable solutions that enhance service delivery, deepen client relationships, and support organisational expansion within a dynamic regional market.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Solution Development & Commercial Growth

  • Lead design and delivery of customised logistics solutions that align with client business objectives.
  • Drive new business opportunities, expanding wallet share with existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with margin optimisation.

Customer Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and strengthen executive‑level customer relationships across key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for customers, understanding needs and anticipating future service requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals with senior stakeholders.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Delivery Enablement

  • Partner with Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
  • Align internal capabilities with market demands and solution architecture.

Performance & Market Insight

  • Analyse market and customer insights to influence product development and service innovation.
  • Establish KPIs for customer success and solution delivery performance.
  • Monitor competitive landscape to inform strategy and positioning.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA desirable.
  • Minimum 10 years’ commercial leadership experience in contract logistics, 3PL/4PL, or supply chain solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and selling complex logistics solutions in B2B environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience leading strategic commercial discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive client relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with commercial acumen and operational awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills; additional languages a plus.
  • Experience in the Middle East, GCC region preferred.
