Our client is a leading regional luxury food and beverage organization operates within a fast-paced and high-growth environment, with an established presence across retail, hospitality, and premium consumer segments in the Middle East.

They seek an experienced Supply Chain Management (SCM) Manager to lead and strengthen its end-to-end supply chain operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Based in Riyadh, this role will oversee strategic supply chain planning, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and production coordination to support operational excellence and business expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving process optimisation, cost efficiencies, and cross-functional alignment across regional operations while leading high-performing teams within a complex FMCG or F&B environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Planning & Operations
  • Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and operational execution across multiple functions.
  • Manage S&OP processes to align demand forecasts with production and inventory requirements.
  • Ensure supply continuity while maintaining optimal stock levels and service performance.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and responsiveness.
Logistics & Warehousing
  • Oversee warehousing, transportation, and distribution activities across regional operations.
  • Optimise logistics costs while maintaining delivery accuracy and operational reliability.
  • Strengthen inventory control procedures and warehouse utilisation standards.
  • Manage third-party logistics providers and monitor service performance metrics.
Strategic Improvement & Commercial Performance
  • Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
  • Drive cost optimisation strategies and process standardisation initiatives.
  • Support digital transformation and operational excellence programmes.
  • Develop scalable supply chain solutions aligned with business growth objectives.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop supply chain and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with procurement, production, finance, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Provide operational reporting and strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regional regulations.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration preferred.
  • 10–12 years of progressive experience within supply chain management environments.
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial or leadership role within large-scale or multinational organisations.
  • Proven experience within FMCG or food and beverage sectors is essential.
  • Strong expertise across S&OP, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and production planning.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning, cost optimisation, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience managing supply chain operations within the Middle East region.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain reporting tools preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language capability is advantageous.
