With a strategic footprint spanning key trade corridors, the organisation plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless cargo movement and operational efficiency for clients worldwide.
They seek a HR Manager, based in Dammam Saudi Arabia, who will play a central role in driving human capital excellence across port and logistics operations. They will lead workforce strategy, talent development, and organisational transformation initiatives in alignment with national priorities and business growth across the region.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Drive alignment of HR strategies with business objectives across logistics and terminal operations
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, succession, and talent optimisation
- Lead change management and organisational development initiatives across diverse business units
Talent Management & Workforce Development
- Oversee end-to-end talent lifecycle including acquisition, retention, and capability building
- Champion performance management processes and leadership development programmes
- Build local and expatriate workforce plans aligned with operational growth
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labour law and international employment standards
- Resolve employee relations matters while maintaining a high-performance culture
- Maintain accurate HR governance and risk controls across the operation
HR Operations & Policy Framework
- Lead standardisation of HR processes and implementation of digital HR tools
- Manage compensation frameworks, benefits structures, and workforce analytics
- Develop and update HR policies to reflect business needs and regulatory compliance
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years’ HR experience, including 3+ years in logistics, ports, or industrial sectors
- Proven track record in managing HR within Saudi Arabia or similar regional contexts
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and GCC employment regulations
- Experience partnering with senior operational leadership in fast-paced settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent certification is an advantage
- Proficiency in English required; Arabic language skills strongly preferred
