Our long-term MNC client provides high-quality storage capacity and ancillary logistics solutions to support the movement of temperature-sensitive and perishable goods throughout the supply chain. With a growing footprint across the GCC cold chain sector, they support a diverse portfolio of clients across the FMCG and retail marketplace. They seek an experienced HR Head to lead the regional human capital agenda from their Dubai head office.

This is a pivotal leadership role with strategic oversight of all people and culture functions across multi-site operations. As the business expands its regional service offering, the Head of HR will play a key role in workforce planning, organisational development, and leadership alignment. The role demands a commercially minded HR professional with strong exposure to logistics, operations, or industrial sectors.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Drive the development and execution of the HR strategy aligned to business goals
  • Advise the CEO and leadership team on organisation design and workforce planning
  • Champion change management during periods of growth and operational expansion

Talent & Performance Management

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition for critical operations and leadership roles
  • Embed performance management frameworks that drive accountability and development
  • Lead succession planning and high-potential talent programmes

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Foster a values-driven culture focused on safety, integrity, and service excellence
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to support retention and productivity
  • Manage internal communication and leadership alignment across business units

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and systems are compliant with UAE labour law
  • Oversee payroll, employee records, and HRIS optimisation for scalability
  • Manage industrial relations and employee grievance resolution where required

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain
  • Proven track record in building HR capabilities in growth-phase or transformation environments
  • Strong understanding of UAE labour law and regional employment practices
  • Experience managing HR for distributed or multi-site operational workforces
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing skills, and executive presence
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills an advantage
