The company operates across upstream, midstream, and downstream segments, delivering technical solutions, equipment, and services to major national and international operators.

They seek an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive growth within the oil & gas sector. This role is strategically positioned to expand market share, strengthen client partnerships, and lead commercial performance across the Kuwait market. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, securing high-value contracts, and enhancing the organisation’s footprint within a competitive and evolving energy landscape.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with regional growth objectives
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities across upstream, midstream, downstream sectors
  • Expand market presence through strategic client acquisition and account penetration

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Engage consultants, contractors, and operators to drive long-term partnerships
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums

Tendering & Contract Management

  • Lead proposal preparation, tender submissions, and commercial negotiations
  • Secure high-value contracts while ensuring favourable commercial terms
  • Oversee contract execution in alignment with agreed scope and profitability targets

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on market data

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams for project delivery
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
  • Drive internal alignment to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in oil and gas sales within the GCC
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing large-scale deals
  • Direct experience working with major oil companies and EPC contractors in Kuwait
  • Strong understanding of oilfield services, equipment, and EPC contract structures
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with experience managing client portfolios
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tracking tools
  • Strong network within Kuwait’s oil and gas sector highly advantageous
