Based in Dubai, this role plays a pivotal part in driving solution-based sales, securing high-value contracts, and delivering measurable operational value to clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Drive new client acquisition across logistics, e-commerce, and industrial warehousing sectors
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets
  • Lead bid preparation, proposal development, and client presentations

Key Account Management

  • Manage key client relationships and ensure long-term account retention
  • Align intralogistics solutions with client operational strategies and performance goals
  • Negotiate contracts to ensure commercial viability and strategic alignment

Solution Positioning & Market Insights

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of WMS, automation systems, and market trends
  • Analyse competitors and customer needs to refine solution positioning
  • Collaborate with engineering and pre-sales teams to tailor high-impact proposals

Stakeholder & Industry Engagement

  • Build strong cross-functional collaboration with internal technical and leadership teams
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional forums

Sales Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline updates within CRM systems
  • Provide reliable sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 710 years of B2B sales or key account experience in WMS, automation, logistics, or industrial solutions
  • Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and securing enterprise-level contracts
  • Strong knowledge of WMS platforms, material handling systems, and warehouse automation technologies
  • Familiarity with software integration and operational process improvement in warehousing
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other regional languages advantageous
  • UAE or GCC market experience preferred
