They seek an experienced Freelance HR professional to lead the delivery of a high-impact Employee Engagement Survey Project. This position is suited to a commercially aware project manager with specialist expertise in employee engagement, HR diagnostics and stakeholder management.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and HR teams, shaping actionable insights that support workforce transformation, engagement improvement and long-term organisational effectiveness.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the employee engagement survey project.
  • Develop project plans, timelines and governance for successful execution.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external vendors across project phases.
  • Monitor milestones, risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.

Survey Design & Implementation

  • Review survey objectives and align methodology with business priorities.
  • Design engagement questionnaires using relevant HR and organisational metrics.
  • Ensure survey content reflects workforce structure and organisational context.
  • Oversee survey launch communications and participation strategy.

Stakeholder Management & Advisory

  • Partner with HR leadership to define outcomes and reporting expectations.
  • Engage business leaders to build alignment and survey ownership.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practice in employee listening strategies.
  • Present progress updates and key recommendations to senior management.

Analysis & Reporting

  • Interpret survey findings and identify key engagement themes.
  • Produce clear reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership audiences.
  • Translate data into practical recommendations and improvement priorities.
  • Support action planning workshops following survey results.

Quality, Governance & Confidentiality

  • Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and ethical handling throughout.
  • Maintain compliance with internal policies and applicable data regulations.
  • Apply quality controls across survey administration and reporting outputs.

🔹 Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR, employee engagement or organisational development.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end employee engagement survey projects.
  • Strong background in survey design, data interpretation and insight reporting.
  • Experience working as a freelance consultant or project-based HR specialist.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
  • Strong project management capability with structured delivery discipline.
  • Experience using employee survey platforms and reporting tools.
  • Sound understanding of confidentiality, data privacy and employee data governance.
  • Regional experience in the Middle East is advantageous.
