They are focused on identifying an experienced Sales Manager - Industrial Automation & Digitalization, to drive revenue growth & market expansion across designated territories. This role carries strategic responsibility for developing high-impact sales initiatives, engaging senior stakeholders, and positioning the organisation as a trusted transformation partner. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating commercial performance while providing market intelligence and strategic input at country leadership level.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Market Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
- Identify new market opportunities within digitalisation and smart solutions sectors
- Analyse competitor activity and customer behaviour to refine positioning
- Monitor emerging technologies to strengthen commercial advantage
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Build and sustain relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Position solutions to address digital transformation requirements
- Establish long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts
- Represent the organisation at high-level commercial engagements
Revenue Generation & Commercial Execution
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award
- Drive revenue growth through structured pipeline management
- Negotiate commercial terms to secure profitable agreements
- Deliver consistent income generation against agreed targets
Performance Reporting & Leadership Support
- Provide structured market intelligence to Country Manager
- Report on sales performance, risks, and growth opportunities
- Recommend corrective actions to address market challenges
- Support country leadership with relevant commercial insights
🔹 Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 7–10 years’ experience in industrial or technology-driven sales
- Proven track record of delivering regional revenue growth
- Experience engaging C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers
- Strong understanding of digitalisation, automation, or smart technologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles
- Experience working with international suppliers and global partners
- Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into strategy
