Project Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high-profile steel construction projects.

What Youll Do:

• Manage full-cycle steel construction projects from pre-con to punch list

• Coordinate schedules between vendors, fabricators, field crews, and GCs

• Monitor budgets, track change orders, and maintain critical path timelines

• Interpret and manage shop drawings, erection plans, and submittals

• Conduct site visits and oversee quality, safety, and compliance

• Serve as the key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders

Who You Are:

• 3+ years of project management experience in steel structure construction

• Deep understanding of steel fabrication, erection, and field coordination

• Organized, solutions-focused, and confident in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams

• Familiar with job site safety protocols and local building codes

Education (Required):

• Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction Management degree

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Hands-on field or ironwork experience

• Familiarity with AISC standards and QA/QC processes

• Background in public works, commercial, or institutional projects
