About the Opportunity

Were hiring skilled HVAC Mechanical Tradesmen for temporary project work supporting advanced liquid-cooled load bank installations at high-profile data center sites.

Youll be working with specialized systems like those from LiquidPulse, helping teams simulate high-density server loads during commissioning. If you have experience in fluid cooling systems, mechanical integration, or load bank support, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects with excellent pay and travel coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and assist in operating liquid-cooled load banks on-site

  • Install and manage fluid cooling loops, including manifolds and heat exchangers

  • Troubleshoot glycol- or water-based cooling systems used in thermal simulations

  • Work alongside commissioning agents and engineers to ensure performance and safety

  • Read and interpret mechanical schematics and manufacturer diagrams

  • Ensure safe and clean workspaces during fast-paced commissioning operations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC/mechanical experience

  • Hands-on experience with liquid cooling systems or thermal load testing

  • Familiarity with mechanical piping, pressure fittings, and closed-loop systems

  • Able to lift 70 lbs and work in high-heat, physical environments

  • Willingness to travel and commit to multi-month site assignments

Preferred

  • Experience in data center commissioning or MEP trades

  • Knowledge of LiquidPulse, Liebert, or other cooling/load bank systems

  • OSHA 10/30, brazing certs, or mechanical trade licenses a plus

Project Details

  • Duration: 3 to 6 months per project
