Technical Recruiter

What You'll Do

• Learn the full-cycle tech recruitment process: sourcing, outreach, screening, and closing

• Get hands-on training from the CEO and senior recruiters across Mobile, Web, Infra, AI, and Design roles

• Use LinkedIn, GitHub, and other tools to find top talent and connect them to top-tier companies

• Send blind resumes, write punchy candidate summaries, and pitch talent directly to clients

• Keep CRM data (SyncBox) organized and sharp no sloppiness

• Learn to talk to CTOs, HR, and hiring managers like a pro

What Were Looking For

• No experience required we train from the ground up

• Strong interest in tech, people, and business

• You're sharp, assertive, honest, and unafraid to push yourself

• Good communicator in English (Japanese is a plus)

• You don't wait to be told what to do you move

• Bonus if you've done anything competitive, sales-related, or technical
