About the Role

You will lead the entire marketing function — that means brand, demand generation, content, SEO, paid social, partnership co-marketing, and event activations — end to end. You will work closely with the CEO, product, and design, and will shape how the market thinks about Loop.

Responsibilities

Brand & awareness

  • Own Loop's positioning and messaging — who we're for, what makes us different, and why it matters to the brands we want to win

  • Build top-of-mind recall for Loop among subscription merchants evaluating a platform switch

  • Ensure Loop shows up consistently in the right communities, conversations, events, and increasingly in AI-generated recommendations

Content & creative

  • Own content strategy and production: thought leadership, SEO-driven content, competitor comparisons, and sales enablement material

  • Strong design sensibility — able to brief, review, and raise the bar on creative output

  • Manage and direct motion designer for brand and product video content

  • Manage and brief the in-house design team and coordinate with content team.

Demand generation

  • Build and execute a demand generation engine across organic, paid, and partner channels

  • Run paid social campaigns (primarily LinkedIn) targeting decision-makers at high-growth DTC and ecommerce brands

  • Develop co-marketing relationships with ecosystem partners — ESPs, agencies, analytics tools — and convert them into pipeline

  • Build the measurement infrastructure to track what's working: funnel attribution, channel performance, and pipeline contribution

Events & webinars

  • Own Loop's presence at industry events — booth strategy, activations, lead capture, and post-event follow-through

  • Plan and execute webinars with partners and industry voices — end to end, from topic to promotion to replay distribution

  • Build Loop's reputation as a thought leader in subscription commerce through speaking, panels, and branded events

Product marketing & competitive intelligence

  • Lead product marketing for new features and capabilities: positioning, launch narrative, and go-to-market sequencing

  • Drive competitive intelligence: understand how the competition positions themselves and find Loop's clearest angles of attack

Ideal Profile

  • 6–10 years in B2B SaaS marketing, with ownership (not just execution) of a marketing function

  • Strong strategic instincts — can identify the right message for the right audience and build a plan around it

  • Excellent writer — comfortable with brand copy, ad copy, long-form content, and product narratives

  • Experience running demand gen across content, SEO, and paid social

  • Has hired and managed a marketing team
