About the Partnership's Role

You will build and grow strategic partnerships across high-growth ecosystems in the US and Europe. As part of a small, fast-moving team, you will work closely with founders, sales, marketing and product to expand Loops reach through joint initiatives, co-marketing, and ecosystem collaborations. Your work will directly influence market presence, lead generation, and long-term partner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with Loops business goals
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives, influencers, and decision-makers
  • Plan, execute, and optimize joint campaignsco-marketing, events, content, and community engagements
  • Align partners on shared KPIs related to lead generation, opportunities, and pipeline
  • Drive partner enablement through training, support, and ongoing communication
  • Host and organize webinars, LinkedIn Live sessions, and virtual events with partners
  • Track partner performance, share insights, and iterate for growth
  • Represent Loop at online/offline events and stay updated on ecosystem and market trends

Ideal Profile

  • Experience in Partnerships, SaaS Sales, Account Management, or ecosystem development
  • Prior experience managing external stakeholders, agencies, or clients in a relationship-driven role
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on video calls and email outreach
  • Socially active on LinkedIn/Twitter and aware of cultural nuances across regions
  • Comfortable working EST hours
