About Loop

Loop is a subscription management platform built for e-commerce brands on Shopify. Our primary market is the US, with growing presence in Europe and ANZ.

We are scaling rapidly, driven by a strong product and exceptional merchant experience. We achieved ~3x growth in 2024, followed by nearly 3x growth again in 2025. Looking ahead, we are building the team and foundation to drive another 2x growth in 2026 as we accelerate toward our $50M goal.

About the Role

This is not a support role. You will work directly inside Loop's PMM function - the team that owns positioning, competitive intelligence, GTM launches, sales enablement, brand, and relationships. From day one you will own real deliverables: a battlecard, a launch brief, a piece of executive content. The programme ends with a full-time role in the PMM function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support product launches end-to-end: briefing, messaging, internal comms, and sales training

  • Research, build and maintain sales enablement materials - one-pagers, decks, objection-handling guides and competitive battlecards

  • Draft and refine one exec LinkedIn post per week; support PR pitches and media contact management

  • Assist in maintaining Loop's positioning document and enforcing brand consistency across all touchpoints

  • Contribute to analyst relations prep - research, data gathering, and briefing summaries

  • Coordinate across product, sales, customer success, and partnerships to gather inputs, chase approvals, and keep PMM deliverables moving

Ideal Profile

  • MBA or PGDM from a recognised institution, 2025 or 2026 graduate

  • Strong written communication across formats - you write clearly, concisely, and without jargon

  • Genuine curiosity about B2B SaaS, competitive strategy, and how products get positioned in a market

  • Analytical comfort - you can read a competitive teardown, a win/loss report, or a funnel metric without hand-holding

  • High ownership instinct - you follow through without being chased and flag problems before they become issues

  • Prior internship, project, or side hustle that demonstrates initiative and follow-through
