Job Description: Event Project Manager : Management of sourcing and sales - English speaking

As an integral part of our Events ticketing Start-Up, you will collaborate with various business leaders, contributing to researching events that might be liked by our customer, source tickets for our customers, manage all the projects and orders as well as finding new opportunities for our customers.

Responsibilities and Missions:

- Research and development of new events and projects

- Event project management.

- New market prospecting.

- Assistance in project execution and technical matters.

- Commercial development.

- Developing and appropriating the commercial and marketing pitch related to the offered services.

- Participating in purchasing campaigns for various events.

- Searching for new events to offer to customers.

- Analyzing, targeting, and identifying potential customers.

- Determining different marketing strategies to expand the clientele.

- Scheduling appointments with prospects.

- Establishing customer loyalty and building commercial relationships.

- Expanding your professional network.

- Participating in the development of the customer and partner portfolio.

Qualifications:

We seek an individual who is well-organized, meticulous, and creative, with strong project management skills. Excellent writing abilities, impeccable spelling, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Your commitment to excellence, adaptability, proactive nature, and problem-solving skills set you apart.

Key Benefits:

- Salary: Starting from 28 000 annual gross salary

Salary can be discussed and determined according to the experience and profile

Working Schedule:

- Monday to Friday.

- Flexible working hours.

- 8-hour workday.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor or Master degree

- Experience: An experience in sales or project management is appreciated

-Experience in E-commerce is highly desirable

- Job location: Vaals City Center

- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
