KG Teacher

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified and experienced KG Teacher to join our dynamic team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching young learners, possess strong communication skills, and have the ability to engage and inspire students. Experience in working with ESL (English as a Second Language) students is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to primary-aged students.
• Develop creative teaching materials and activities to enhance learning.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of ESL students and ensure inclusivity.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster a supportive and positive classroom environment to promote student development.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management to support student learning.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Valid teaching qualification or certification (e.g., PGCE, TEFL, TESOL).
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Proven experience teaching ESL students.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to create a positive and effective learning environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience teaching in an international or multicultural setting.
• Familiarity with modern teaching tools and technology.
• Ability to differentiate instruction based on student needs.
