Position Overview:
As the Head of Kindergarten, you will play a key role in managing the overall operations of the kindergarten, ensuring high standards of education and care for young children. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrative staff to create a stimulating and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the kindergarten program.
• Lead and support the teaching staff in delivering an engaging, child-centered curriculum.
• Ensure the well-being, safety, and development of all children in the kindergarten.
• Foster a positive learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to build strong relationships and ensure effective communication.
• Monitor and assess the performance of teachers, providing professional development opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local and international educational standards.
• Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum development and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in English (proficiency in Uzbek or Russian is an advantage).
• Passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
