This Is Not a Maintenance Role.
We are looking for a senior SAP leader currently working in the US who is ready to:
* Transition from Program Director to Practice Builder
* Own P&L and drive aggressive growth
* Scale an offshore SAP delivery engine
* Engage directly with US enterprise clients
* Build a long-term, high-margin SAP practice

Delivery Leadership
End-to-end SAP portfolio ownership (S/4HANA, ECC, AMS, transformations)
Multi-million-dollar program governance
Margin optimization and utilization control
Scalable offshore delivery frameworks
Growth & Revenue
Direct involvement in pre-sales and deal shaping
RFP leadership and solution architecture oversight
Upsell/cross-sell within existing US accounts
New logo acquisition support
Go-to-market strategy for SAP services
Executive Client Engagement
Direct interaction with CIOs and senior stakeholders
US travel for strategic client engagements
Executive-level governance and relationship building
Offshore Center Expansion
Scale team from current base to 100+ SAP consultants
Build second-line leadership
Create IP-led differentiation and accelerators
Establish high-performance culture

15+ years in SAP ecosystem
8+ years in leadership (Program Director / Practice Lead / Delivery Head)
Strong S/4HANA transformation experience
Proven US client-facing track record
Managed $10M+ SAP portfolio preferred

Willing to relocate to India and build long-term
