Role Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales management or supervisory roles, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on delivering a top-quality customer experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in inventory management, scheduling, and sales reporting.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, cash handling, and staffing.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new employees, fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Build strong customer relationships, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development opportunities.

Compensation

A comprehensive compensation package will accompany the successful candidate. Starting salary range is 50-65K based on experience and qualifications.
