Roles Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain project execution strategies that align technical modeling, prefabrication, and field installation

• Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules in collaboration with field leadership and project coordinators

• Strong experience managing project financial performance

• Demonstrated ability in cost control, forecasting, and margin protection

• Extensive experience managing change orders and contract requirements

• Ability to oversee subcontractor alignment and contract execution

• Strong capability in long-range project planning and scheduling

• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality standards

• Provide guidance and mentorship to project coordinators and junior project managers, supporting professional development and team performance

• Experience identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies

• Support the integration of BIM modeling and prefabrication workflows into project planning to maximize efficiency and minimize field conflicts

• Comfortable operating as the business leader responsible for success of the commercial project

Role Requirements:

• 10+ year experience in Mechanical construction

• Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects

• Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Construction Engineering or related discipline is considered an asset

• Red Seal Journeyman Plumber certification is considered an asset

• PMP, Gold Seal or related certification is considered an asset

• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, job costing, margin management)
• Experience scaling operations in a growth-oriented environments
• Experience building strong internal systems and processes while maintaining high standards for performance and accountability

• Experience leading cross-functional teams including field leadership and technical teams

• Proven ability to lead projects strategically from a commercial and operational standpoint

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and subcontractors

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Previous experience in Bluebeam, Revizto, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit and Navisworks is considered an asset

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
