The position is key to success and will require a driven learner who has the ability to pick things up quickly. Critical to this role is someone who exhibits mentorship, is a fast adapter, and isnt shy from being hands on. The successful candidate will build credibility multi-divisionally, is a confident communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced culture.

Job Responsibilities

• Train new employees with limited or no experience on the fundamentals of loading, unloading and handling liquid bulk equipment operation.

• Develop, update and provide continual improvement for training, technology and assessment programs.

• Work with operations to ensure a consistent training process for all trainees.

• A Team player with an ability to take initiative and identify process/service improvements to management.

• Ability to lead, mentor and motivate others.

• Conduct and document required classroom and behind-the-wheel training for drivers and re-training as needed.

• Perform ongoing annual and post collision driver evaluations.

• Ability to be flexible in adjusting to changing work priorities.

• Ad hoc support when asked by leadership or management

Job Requirements

• Quick learner, driven and adaptable.

• Class 1 Drivers License is required.

• High school Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Ability to pass a Drivers Abstract / D&A.

• Strong ability to problem solve.

• 5-10 years of Commercial Driving experience is considered an asset.

• Prior Fuel experience / CFA certification is considered an asset.

• 3-5 years of Driver Training Experience is considered an asset.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Proficient in Technology.
