Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
Lotus Group is proud to partner with our valued and established Edmonton based client in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Our client is a leading supplier of fast fueling and lubrication equipment. Professionalism, customer satisfaction, quality assurance and collaboration are the cornerstones of their longevity and success.
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to be resourceful and reliable in assisting customers with their purchasing needs. Reporting to the Sales Manager, we are seeking an agile individual that provides excellent customer service in a high performance environment, and aids in the development of streamlined processes and procedures internally.
Role responsibilities:
- Prepare orders as they arrive via customer portals, email and phone (7-12 per day).
- Prepare Quotations as requested.
- Advise on estimated shipment times.
- Work with Supply Chain on special orders to meet customer needs.
- Maintain order entry side of ERP.
- Maintain current processes and help develop new ones as needed.
- Assist other team members as needed in taking care of the customer needs.
Role Requirements:
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
- Ability to prioritize customer needs.
- Self Starter, Problem Solver with a strong work ethic and interest in team collaboration.
- Knowledge and previous experience with Sage 300 is considered an asset.
- Minimum one year of warehouse distribution experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient using Microsoft Suite applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
