The Role

As a Talent Partner, you will help them execute their Talent strategy. Collaborate with the business to recruit top talent and manage the entire hiring process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from scoping the role to offer stage.
  • Be the expert in providing a fantastic candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Coach hiring managers and candidates to improve their hiring skills and job search process.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Team to explore new, innovative recruitment methods
  • Research and engage talent using a variety of creative methods.
  • Take ownership for market mapping and talent pooling.
  • Champion diversity by ensuring our hiring pipeline reflects our DEI goals.
  • Create engaging and impactful recruitment strategies that elevate our employer brand.
  • You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers across all functions and levels to ensure they're bringing in the right people to fuel their mission and values.
  • This role goes beyond just filling positions, you'll proactively build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders to anticipate talent needs and create seamless, efficient processes. You'll collaborate with these teams to ensure smooth onboarding, so they are always thinking ahead about the talent pipeline.
  • You'll also play a critical role in refining the broader talent strategy, optimizing hiring practices, forecasting future needs, and continually attracting top-tier talent that aligns with long-term business goals.
  • And while you'll rely on data to inform your decisions and track success, you'll keep the human touch front and centre throughout the process.

About you

  • You will have 3+ years experience in a full lifecycle recruitment role internally from job brief, advertisements, managing ad responses, interviewing candidates, managing candidates and internal stakeholders through the whole recruitment process.
  • Previous experience using creative sourcing methods to attract candidates would be appreciated.
  • You will be passionate about delivering exceptional candidate and internal client experience.
