Talent Partner - Technology Startup - Port Melbourne - $115K + super + ESOP

 Job Description:

An innovative, dynamic, growing technology scale up business with lots of passion and energy is expanding rapidly and requires a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving recruiting efforts, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring they attract, select, and retain the best talent in line with their company goals.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit and attract applicants through creative sourcing solutions
  • Design and refine sourcing strategies for high-demand technical roles
  • Act as a technical sourcing expert, leveraging market trends, talent mapping, and competitor intelligence to target top-tier technical candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive technical talent for long-term hiring needs
  • Oversee the full recruitment process job postings, advertising, candidate outreach, initial screenings, scheduling interviews, reference checks, background requests, extending offers, and supporting new hire onboarding.
  • Provide advice to hiring managers using data-driven insights and recruitment trends.
  • Assist in the implementation of an ATS system

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to use recruiting technology, platforms, and databases effectively.
  • Previous experience working in a scaling fast paced Technology startup.
  • Minimum 3 years experience recruiting Technology or Engineering roles.
