About the job Technical Support Representative
We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help growth and improve customer success. The Technical Support position is designed to help new and existing clients with onboarding, answering general and technical questions related to the Re:amaze platform, and to also conduct troubleshooting calls.
Skillset
This person should have skills in:
Customer service or customer support experience
Fluent English speaker
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of HTML, markdown, and how JavaScript works
- Ability to navigate a modern web browser including the ability to use the inspector tool
Familiarity with modern web app concepts
e-Commerce experience is a plus
Education Requirements
Bachelor/s degree
Preferable skills:
Problem-solving skills
Eager to learn
Detail oriented
Ability to ask good questions
Has initiative
- Good comprehension (can read between the lines, understand context clues, see the big picture etc)
CSM-level/Account Management level experience
- Knowledgeable in customer service support channels like Re:amaze, Zendesk, etc.
