The Business Analyst is responsible for analytics and reporting across the organization.

This person maintains the dashboards for all campaigns and for Operations as a whole.

Responsibilities :

• Manage, analyze and work closely with the Operations Coordinators/Team Leaders on the stats and information needed to be effective and productive
• Develop dashboards for new/existing campaigns and projects (experience in different reporting tools is a plus but not required)
• Update and prepare the daily, weekly, and monthly data for Customer Success, Operations, and Training team consumption
• Report on any issues and have possible solutions in place for the team
• Update all dashboards and reports for the Operations Meetings
• Analyze all data and manage the expectations of management

Requirements:

• Business Analytics GSuite (GDS) knowledge Reporting is required
• Good Analytical skills
• Excellent communicator (oral and written)
• Critical Thinker
• Detail Orientated
• Good Mathematical skills
• Good Platform/Systems knowledge (experience in handling Gorgias / Aircall / Shopify is a plus but not required)
• Problem Solving Skills
