JOB SUMMARY

This role will assist the Head of General Affairs & Human Resources.  Not only does this person needs to have experience in General Affairs, but he/she also needs to be fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the office facilities and equipment
  • Responsible for keeping a good relationship between the company and vendors/ outsources
  • Supervises procurement request, issuance, inventory and disposal of office supplies, uniforms and other materials controlled by the department
  • Spearheads the sourcing and engagement activities with service contractors, security services, canteen concessionaires and service providers
QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Male/Female, preferably in their 30s-40s
  • Fluent in Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • Min 5 years experience
