We are recruiting on behalf of one of Tech Unicorn companies in Indonesia and they are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Lead that will be creating programs that best fit for the company and employees from scratch.

Job Descriptions

• Develop programs which are aligned on a company-wide compensation and benefits philosophy in line with business needs, culture, and values with direction from Head of Total Rewards, Partner with HRBPs and Compensation Committee

• Be an expert on compensation related topics while keeping in mind the significant risks and opportunities involved

• Drive benchmarking of company programs in order to ensure market competitiveness

• Build and maintain job evaluation methodology/approach that is scalable and ensures compliance

• Work closely with HR Business Partners and Recruiters on guidelines for offers, promotions, transfers as an internal consultant on all aspects of compensation

• Develop and maintain effective communication strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding of all compensation and benefit programs

• Collaborate on topics through the lens of compensation and people strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of compensation experience, ideally across multiple companies of various sizes and stages, both private and public

• Deep understanding of compensation and all the components

• Experience in building and running compensation programs

• Expertise in using Mercer data and other data sources for best-in-class benchmarking

• Analytically driven, with fluidity in Excel and Google Sheets

• Clear communications, able to bridge a big picture vision and a tactical plan that our employees understand at the lowest level of detail

• Ability to consult and influence senior-level managers in the organization

• Strong business acumen, financially astute, and detail-oriented

• Ability to work with collaborative and consultative approach with every team member across levels
