Operations Manager (Health-Tech)

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the most prominent Health Tech companies.

Job Summary:

• Responsible to overall business appointment operations such as in-app appointment booking, providing accurate booking information for overall health-services, business process & operation efficiency, until cancellation

• Ensuring the real-time and updated health services' schedule for booking between customers' and health service providers  

• Drive the operation team and providing seamless customers' appointment system experience

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of relevant working experiences in the related field

• Have experience in the start-up company, preferably in health-tech startup

• Knowledgeable in the business' operation process

• Have good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
