Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the pre-opening outlet and will report to the General Manager. 

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure the outlet opening process run smoothly
• Manage and negotiage with vendors 
• Handle purchasing for kitchen equipment 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in the Pre-Opening team for restaurant or kitchen
• Fluent in English is preferrable 
• A strong advantage for candidate who has experience or deep knowledge in online F&B or Cloud kitchen concept
