Head of Beauty & Personal Care (Social Commerce)

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing Social Commerce Startup in Indonesia. 

To perform well in this role, you should ideally possess:

• More than 5 years of working experience in sourcing / buying beauty and personal care products in the past 7 years.

• Strong network in beauty products value chain with a good and strong reputation. – prospect product di Indo, apa ada target nya, demand nya ada ga

• Proven ability to build and manage team of managers (i.e., managing managers).

• Strong leadership with high interpersonal skill.

• Strong business acumen with high negotiation skill.

• Flexibility, courage and tact to leverage professional networks to accomplish goals through formal and informal channels.

And it will be an advantage if you also have:

• An experience as a full-time entrepreneur.

• An experience in importing beauty products.

• An experience in managing / being accountable of P&L.

• Have readily available, trusted people whom you can hire to build your team.
