Product Manager (Healthcare)

We are recruiting on behalf of the biggest Healthcare company in Indonesia, and they are looking to hire a Product Manager

Job Description:

- Analyze an organization and design its processes and system

- Assessing the business model and its integration with technology

- Facilitate discussion to gather requirements/ cases from User or other department

- Analyze and create product plan

- Facilitate between development team and User for product development

- Facilitate training for User and implementation to operation

- Creating documents for training

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years experience in product role

- Capable of handling multiple product within same category/ class

- Familiar with design flow process (experience in creating a detailed business system analysis, analyze issue and opportunity for improvement)

- Creative for looking opportunities and business needs for product development

- Good analytical skill

- Good communication and presentation skill (in Bahasa and English)

- Willing to travel on a business trip

- Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang
